Payment, Shipping and Returns Policy

If electing to use our shopping cart the following will apply with regards to payment types accepted; applicable taxes; shipping destinations and methods; special handling of restricted materials; purchase guidelines; damaged items; missing items; warranties, responsibilities, and pricing changes.

PAYMENT  INFORMATION

Payment Type Accepted

Tye-cessories Online accepts PayPal, and Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.  When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers.  If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.  We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of using a Debit Card for your purchases.  When ordering with your credit card, please have your credit card security code available.  This code allows us to further verify your card.  Credit card orders without a valid security code will not be accepted.

Tye-cessories also accepts payment in the form of personal checks and money orders specifically written out to Tye-cessories.  No third party checks or money orders are accepted. Upon receipt of your check or money order, the order will begin processing for shipment.  Shipment will be released once the check or money order has cleared.  Generally, this takes 7 to 10 days from our receipt of the payment.  You will be notified by e-mail when your shipment is released. Please be sure to include your e-mail address when paying via this method.

Applicable Sales Tax

You will not be charged sales tax if you order is shipped outside Ohio.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.  You can see your shipping charge during the order process BEFORE you place your order.  You can also utilize the "back" button to change the shipping method (i.e.; Overnight service instead of Ground service) and recalculate the cost.

Tye-cessories's Shipping Area

Tye-cessories currently ships only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

PURCHASE GUIDELINES

Guarantee

 Tye-cessories offers a 10 day money back guarantee on all of its products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund.  All merchandise must be in the original packaging.  Tye-cessories will not accept return of any worn articles.  Upon inspection of a return, if it is determined that the articles has been worn, there will be a 20% disposal fee deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Items

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.  If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.  If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please E-mail our Sales Department immediately.  Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!  If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim.

Title to goods and merchandise is retained by Tye-cessories until goods and merchandise are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale.  Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from Tye-cessories is the responsibility of the seller, not Tye-cessories.  Please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change.  Tye-cessories maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors.  In the event of typographical errors on our site Tye-cessories reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.  Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
